Slow cooked Globe artichoke with sultanas, Taggiasca olives, pistachio, herbed pangrattato and finished with a creamy garlic dressing.

Conchiglione pasta shells stuffed with N’duja braised pigs cheeks, baked with Pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs.
